一般當我們聽到集合店或者買手店的時候，一定會下意識的認為這是一家以單品或預定為主的小型店鋪。主理人則靠著自己的審美和喜好，挑選商品，輸出著相對小眾和自我的生活方式。

但奢幔之家，卻走著屬于她自己的一條道路。

When we hear “concept store” or “select shop,” we often picture a compact retail space focused on curated pieces or pre-order items—its identity shaped by the owner’s niche taste and lifestyle philosophy. But Sheman Casa has carved its own distinct path.

業主方作為意大利- baxter 家具品牌的成都總代理，非常了解和喜愛意大利的設計與家居產品，同時也是其忠實的使用者。特別是對于Roberto cavalli 的鐘愛，讓其又成為了該品牌在成都的代理商。并且在此之后，一發而不可收拾，前后共計代理了二十余個意大利主流家具及定制品牌。也正因如此，才有了現在的奢幔之家。

As the exclusive Chengdu distributor of Baxter furniture and Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors, the founder of Sheman Casa has long been immersed in the world of Italian design—not just as a seller, but as a true user and advocate. Over time, their passion has led them to represent more than twenty premium Italian furniture and bespoke brands. Sheman Casa is the natural culmination of that journey.

Spatial Synthesis

如何把這么多風格各異，且個性鮮明的產品融合在一個大空間之中，是該項目設計過程中，最大的難點。

The most pressing challenge in this project was how to weave together such a wide array of distinctive, character-rich products into one unified space.

也正因為如此，我們反而有了另外一種場景的營造可能。這便是拋棄專賣店設計的做法，而將真實生活的場景，為主空間布局的主線。我們甚至可以想象，在一個極具品味的豪宅中，審美力極強的業主，一定能將不同品牌的產品精華，完美的融入在一個空間容器里，并形成獨立的視覺畫面。高級而內斂。

Rather than follow the conventional route of showroom-style or mono-brand displays, we took a more narrative approach—designing the entire space around real-life domestic scenes. We imagined the home of a tasteful connoisseur, someone who could seamlessly integrate diverse brands into a single spatial language. The result is refined yet restrained.

Holistic Experience

既然我們的設計主線，是真實的生活場景。那么空間的設定和營造，也將依托真實的生活需求和功能而展開。并通過不同場域的功能需求、生活氛圍、以及空間使命，去匹配相應的家具、軟裝和定制產品。并在不刻意的狀態下，進行了有效且完整的展示。

Since our design is rooted in authentic living scenarios, the spatial planning also follows actual daily rituals and functions. Each zone was curated based on its intended use, emotional tone, and spatial logic—matching it with the appropriate furniture, décor, and custom pieces. Everything is displayed naturally and cohesively, without appearing staged.

同時，這樣的組合與設定，也為空間的有效使用創造了條件。你甚至可以理解，在整個空間中的展示場景，都將滿足真實的使用條件。于是，展廳中，不再有所謂的洽談區，或是匯報室。而是處處可停留，處處可交流的美好生活范本。

This setup also lends itself to meaningful, flexible use. Rather than being divided into typical commercial zones—like negotiation tables or presentation rooms—every corner of the gallery is a livable, engaging scene. It’s a showroom where you can pause, converse, and be immersed in a beautiful way of life.

Programmatic Fluidity

依托于這樣的場景構架。空間的使用，也不再受限；產品的更迭，也不再受限。我們可以隨心所欲的根據不同使用需求，而變換空間的功能意圖。

This scenario-driven logic also frees the space from fixed definitions. It allows for flexible usage and easy product rotation. 

它可以是一個展示空間，也可以是一個沙龍，還可以是一個咖啡廳，甚至是一間品味高雅的花園私房餐廳。

Depending on need, the space can transform effortlessly—it may function as a showroom, a design salon, a café, or even a sophisticated private dining garden.

這，便是設計的魅力；也是意大利家具（家居）的魅力。

That, precisely, is the charm of design—and the enduring allure of Italian living.That is Sheman Casa.
