Foreword

我并不認(rèn)為這是一個值得單純從美學(xué)角度去解讀的案例。

I don't think this as a project purely from an aesthetic point of view. 

但，當(dāng)我們拋開好不好看這一命題之后。商業(yè)空間應(yīng)有的邏輯主次關(guān)系，設(shè)計(jì)思路的展開順序，以及項(xiàng)目落地的統(tǒng)籌方式等。我認(rèn)為，更值得一談。

But after we put aside the proposition of whether it looks good or not. The logical relationship of the commercial space, the order in which the design ideas unfold, and the way in which the project is co-ordinated on the ground. I think, it is more worth discussing.

logic

對于先市醬油非遺會館而言，我們首先應(yīng)該對其清晰的定位分析。

For the club, we should firstly clear positioning analysis.

但如果從功能業(yè)態(tài)的角度而言，其酒店的功能屬性，是無可厚非的。但我們的設(shè)計(jì)，是否就應(yīng)該從酒店業(yè)態(tài)本身而展開？我認(rèn)為，至少在該項(xiàng)目當(dāng)中，卻并非如此。

But if you look at it from a commercial point of view, its the functional attributes of a hotel, which are the most basic. Shouldn't we be designing in the direction of the hotel industry?I don't think it's simple in this project.

“品牌內(nèi)部接待酒店”，是我們對該案的最終定義。設(shè)計(jì)思路的展開順序，也依此成型。

品牌的基調(diào)，是該案中需要首先考慮的問題。

The tone of the brand is the first thing that needs to be considered in that project.

作為一家始于清朝，以傳統(tǒng)釀造技藝為核心的醬油作坊。其不僅僅帶著濃厚的東方味覺記憶，更肩負(fù)著國家級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)傳承的使命。加之，空間設(shè)計(jì)的對象亦是傳統(tǒng)的西南仿古民居。所以，視覺呈現(xiàn)的基調(diào)，順理成章的定格在了東方、醇厚、煥新的視覺符號之上。

As a workshop that began in the Qing Dynasty, it is centred on the traditional art of soy sauce brewing.It not only carries a strong oriental taste and memory, but also shoulders the mission of national intangible cultural heritage inheritance.Moreover, the object of space design is also the traditional Southwest antique folk house. Therefore, the tone of the visual presentation is set on the visual symbols of oriental, mellow and renewed.

Interior

內(nèi)部接待的功能屬性，決定了我們對于空間功能布局的開放性。

The functionality of the interior reception dictated our openness to the functional layout of the space.

400平米的建筑空間，并不算充裕。若要在保障好每個房間都能得到足夠優(yōu)秀的空間尺度體驗(yàn)的前提下。能否再配以完整、舒適的公共休閑、娛樂、餐飲等空間。對其品質(zhì)性而言，就顯得尤為重要了。

With 400 square metres of building space, it's not exactly spacious .If you want to be able to get a good enough feel of the scale of space in every room, it can give a complete and comfortable public leisure, entertainment, dining and other spaces.For quality satisfaction is extremely important.

所以，在有限的建筑空間關(guān)系里，結(jié)合非對外經(jīng)營的功能屬性。我們舍棄了在傳統(tǒng)酒店業(yè)態(tài)里所必須的前臺接待及入住辦理功能。而是將原本應(yīng)作為接待功能的空間區(qū)域，演變成為了兼顧服務(wù)、咨詢在內(nèi)的公共開放活動空間。以此方式，解決了酒店入住配套應(yīng)有的餐食、品茗、棋牌、KTV娛樂等附加功能。

Therefore, the functional attributes of the non-external business are combined in a limited spatial relationship of the building. We gave up the reception and check-in functions that are necessary in a traditional hotel. Instead, the space that should have been used for the reception function is replaced with a public open space for service and consultation. In this way, the hotel's additional functions such as dining, tea, chess and cards, and KTV entertainment were solved.

如果說品牌基因決定了設(shè)計(jì)的基調(diào)。那么，品牌內(nèi)部接待的受眾對象，則決定了具體的呈現(xiàn)方式，以及面材用料的最終選擇。

If the brand DNA determines the tone of the design. Then, the client determines the specific presentation and the final choice of materials to be used.

因其釀造作坊的特殊性（國家級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn) & 國家級文物保護(hù)單位）原因。所以內(nèi)部接待的核心人員均與技藝、歷史、政要相關(guān)。所以傳統(tǒng)的裝飾材質(zhì)、質(zhì)地、以及色彩關(guān)系被大量運(yùn)用。比如鋪地使用的黑色金磚、大面積使用的刺繡墻布、以及隨處可見的原木質(zhì)地。紅、綠色的撞色搭配，也通過新的方式，在空間里呈現(xiàn)。

Because of the special nature of the club (National Intangible Cultural Heritage & National Cultural Heritage Protection Unit). Therefore, the core of the internal reception is related to technology, history and dignitaries. Therefore, traditional decorative materials, textures, and colour relationships are used extensively.For example, the black gold tiles used in the flooring, the embroidered wall coverings used in large areas, and the raw wood textures everywhere. The clashing colours of red and green are also presented in the space by the unique way.

看似最為直白的業(yè)態(tài)形式，反而在設(shè)計(jì)的展開順序里，成了最為末端的考慮因素。

This form, which seems the most straightforward, instead becomes the most important consideration in the design's presentation sequence.

Even in the non-profit mode of operation, the design of resource allocation no longer takes into account the economic indicator factors.Instead, it gives us more opportunities to further amplify the infrastructure configuration and space standards.

Build

同樣基于品牌建設(shè)，以及內(nèi)部接待的迫切使用訴求。位于四川省瀘州市合江縣先市鎮(zhèn)的該項(xiàng)目，在我司的全案統(tǒng)籌下，共計(jì)歷時75個自然日，現(xiàn)已順利完成并交付使用（該時間，不包含設(shè)計(jì)及策劃時間）。

Based on branding, as well as internal hospitality use claims.Located in the town of Xianshi, Hejiang County, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, the project took a total of 75 days under the project co-ordination of JSD, and has now been successfully completed and using (the time, excluding design and planning time).
